Hello everyone. This is my first post. I had GB on the 14th. I'm really fatigued, which I understand is normal. But it's to the point where if I go for a walk I have to sleep afterward. Shower...sleep afterward. I had an epiphany
and thought it could be due to low cal intake. I have 1 premier Protein shake 11oz/30g, 1 Isopure drink 20oz/40g, usually a Popsicle and a sugar free Jello with sips of Water in between equaling 20-22oz. It's about 400 calories. Is this normal at this stage?
Thanks for the feedback
