My goal is Aug surgery. I need some help. My surgeon has advised a super low carb diet (45 a day) I never realized how many carbs are in veggies! Besides meat having a hard time staying under the suggestion amount, I eat lots of eggs. I started 12 days ago and have lost 13 pounds. I realize is need a new lifestyle and have mostly cut out sugar, all wheat products but I am really wanting veggies!
