Got my optifast

As exciting as it is that my surgery is coming up, I started my Optifast today. I hope it's easy.

    This is just my pre-surgery cleanse diet. My surgery is on March 28. After surgery I get to switch to other shakes and liquids.

    You have to keep trying different protein drinks...i hear it so much i tried about 8 before i found the one i liked and it was a powered one...so keep trying!
