Good Post-Op Vitamins

I had my third fill a little over a week ago, and I am definately feeling restriction now (:clap2:). It has made me realize that I definately need to find a high quality Vitamin that I can take with the band. Does anyone have any recommendation on a good quality chewable or liquid vitamin? I would appreciate any and all recommendations!

I am not banded yet (9 days to go), but my doctor recommends Optisource chewable vitaman and mineral supplement. I ordered mine online from Walgreens. I have friends who have had RNY and they take the Optisource vitamins, too.
