6mt Post Op

Well I'm 6mt out and I'm feeling great with a total loss of 44lbs[emoji4] my dr say I'm right on schedule with my wt loss, but when I read others that may have loss more than I in the same time frame or less I question what I'm doing wrong, why haven't I loss more...I try to remind myself that without my "tool" I wouldn't be as close as I am today to my goal, therefore I'm doing something right(56 more pounds to go.......)I'm very excited and I'm looking greater and greater in my clothes. This is my second week going to the gym I go 4-5 days out the week doing Zumba, power hr, Bosu, and yoga. I really enjoy it and I have my workout partners right there beside me, can't beat that.

Everyone is going to lose at different rates. The important thing is you are losing and you and your dr are happy with your progress. Good job!
