I've been taking Biotin since before my surgery, and I'm getting more than the recommended amount of Protein every day, but about 3.5 months after my surgery my hair started falling out like it never has before. I have curly hair that needs to be detangled and am losing handfuls a day. I scheduled an appointment with my stylist to get it cut so I don't need to detangle so much. :(
