Post op face rash? Acne?

Hey guys I'm 8 days post op. And since yesterday I have been getting acne/rash bumps on my face that have been progressively getting worst. My surgeon said that it was possibly hormones but it didn't seem like she had heard any complaints prior to me. Anyone else had/heard of this? Detox maybe? post-285778-14577314798474_thumb.jpg
