Grounding definitely works when anxiety or panic sets in as an attack. Stop, look around, see that there is nothing that is causing you to be in danger. deep breaths, calm thoughts. Works well.

@@Cervidae yes altoids!! (love SF cinnamon too). I have also been getting I to essential oils like peppermint and lavender.

I have never had anxiety before my WLS yet have it now, but makes sense now that I'm not numbing with food.
