So nervous!

Hi everyone. My sleeve is tomorrow morning and I am so nervous. I know this is going to be the best thing for me and my health. But I am so scared something will go wrong. Is this normal?

I will pray right now for you. Don't worry you are in God's hands

All of that is very normal. They made me walk to my operating room and it took everything I had in me to walk into that OR. You'll do wonderful!

Mine is in 2 weeks and I feel the same way! Starting the pre-op diet today made it very real. I know it's the best choice for my health but it is scary!

What?!! They made you walk?!!

Yes! I was so horrible. They put me in a pre op room without a bed, chairs only. Then they gave me my IV, made me take my pregnancy test, told me to say good bye to my husband, and off we walked to the operating room. I had to climb on the table and everything. Very odd, and intimidating.

I have the sleeve and it was done at a local hospital in Baltimore area.
