Pre period eating....

I am 9 days pre-period and I feel like I'm starving! Day 9 was always my eat everything in sight day pre-op. I had surgery 4 months ago and this is the first time I've wanted to eat everything. I have held strong all day, but I am so terrified I'm gonna slip, eat a piece of chocolate or some junk food and gain a ton of weight. I know having one piece won't make me gain all my weight back but I know I would feel so guilty if I ate something bad that wasn't on my meal plan. I've done so good sticking to my surgeons diet this is just freaking me out.

This happens to me too! I crave food I don't normally crave, especially chocolate and carbs! I substitute with diet hot cocoa and an occasional small piece of sugar free chocolate so I don't go completely mad. Luckily due to my small pouch, even though I would love to pig out on these days, my body doesn't let me so I usually stay within my calorie range needed for weight loss during the day.
