The shoulder pain sounds like gas. Try some GasX strips and try walking more... even if it's just marching in place. That helped a lot with my gas pain. The "hunger" could be acid. Are you on a PPI?

I'm 2 weeks out from my sleeve and hiatal hernia repair and continue to have this gnawing pain in my left shoulder and frequently between my shoulder blades. I'm still on the 3 weeks post op liquid diet...and feeling hungry .
