Exhausted?

Hi fellow sleevers! I am 5 weeks post op and am starting to feel exhausted. After 2 weeks I had

Tonnnnsss of energy. Today I was beyond exhausted. I go to my one month follow up tomorrow and am going to ask about coffee. I was told to stop because caffeine causes dehydration. Has anyone else experienced the same?

I'm also 5 weeks post op. For the first 2 weeks after surgery I had no energy at all. Weeks 3 and 4 I was starting to get it back, but not 100%. Last week (week 4) there was one day when I got a full nights sleep, woke up, then went right back to bed and took a 4 hour nap. I could have slept that entire day but I made myself get up because if I didn't get something to eat I was going to throw up. I think our bodies are still recovering a little and definitely adjusting to this new life.
