How long?

Hello

How long after you submit all of your information to the insurance did it take to get approved. I have a 40.7 BMI and I have high cholesterol and hypothyroidism which I'm taking medications for both so I am within the range of getting the surgery done but I'm just wondering how long did it take for you to get your surgery date? Also I'm curious about the recovery I am a mom of four ages 11 to 2 years old and i'm wondering how long I'm going to have to have help with the kids I take them to school pick him up do activities with them so how long were you guys out of commission before you got back to your usual activities?

Thank you Tan4sho! I had to enroll into a program with my insurance also. Did you have to meet with a nutritionist and a psychologist?

Yes the team I'm with has their own nutritionist and the bariatric team gave me a list of psychologist to choose from. My process was so easy. The bariatric team did it all all I had to do was show up.
