Does anyone what to chat? The chat button is under patients above. If you click on patients, a drop down menu comes down and you have the chat button.

    I live near the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana state line area , and I,m looking for insurance that only makes you wait 3 months for bariatric surgery in any of these states. For low income families..
