I went to my first consult last month, and Tuesday I have my second appointment. I have been sticking to the meal plan my surgeon office recommended. I weighed myself a few times and saw a loss, but Saturday I got on it showed a loss of 20 pounds ????. I knew this couldn't be right! Turns out I have a defective scale. I went to my follow up sleep study appointment and had the ma weigh me, I'm the same exact weight as I was a month ago. And yes I am tracking my food and doing light exercise.
