Time Released protein

Has anyone had an experience with this and would you say it's good for us sleevers? I found a great one on biohealth.com they say it's good to take before bed because the protein keeps releasing throughout the night... The one I found has 32g in one serving! Thoughts ?

I was thinking about adding a Micellar Casein shake before bed to help with hair growth, but that would on top of my regular protein goals.

@@OutsideMatchInside took the words right out of my mouth. I use the Casein Protein to bake muffins. There are some recipes out there for Casein frosting too. Have one of these in the evening as a treat every once in a while.
