Probiotics

Hi everyone. I've read that several people take probiotics post op to help with constipation. What brands are everyone using? I want to start taking them but I'm not sure which ones and whether I need to spend extra money or if the inexpensive ones are ok. Thanks for any help you all can provide!????

      I've been using the Bariatric Advantage probiotic since surgery. I'm not sure if I will reorder when I run out as my doc said I could discontinue it at my last check-up.

      @"Catmom8" I received a month's with of samples of these from my Doc's office...the Dietician mentioned that they can be purchased from Walmart, Walgreens, and Costco.
