3 weeks post-op today!

  • Popular Post

Today marks 3 weeks since my life-changing surgery. I'm down 13 pounds from that day, and more importantly, I have a sense of dedication that I've never felt before. I have stayed with the eating plan, and I have walked every day. Fitbit is my new best friend - I've been over 10,000 the past 3 days in a row and I'm tracking everything that goes into my mouth. I know it sounds crazy, but I honestly feel as if my brain had surgery, too!

This is fantastic! Keep that positive attitude bc it will get trying at times, but the positives far out weigh the negatives! Make sure you are taking pictures and measurements, and do NOT weigh any more frequently than a week at a time! :)
