Congrats on your date. Do you you have to do a pre-op diet. If so, when does it start?

Yay!

I too have a tentative surgery date of 3/2. Feeling anxious, second thoughts invading my head. Did all my pre-surgery requirements. Just waiting for approval from insurance. I am sure that what I'm feeling us normal. Please I need some encouragement.

@jamielogical-my doctor does not prescribe a pre-op diet. But I was directed to lose 10lbs before surgery. I am following a paleo diet right now and will switch to a liquid/paleo dinner diet for the last two weeks. I'm hoping this combination will do the trick.

@sullylab5-don't worry! I experienced all of the same emotions too!! I am a semi-secret sleever so very few people in my life know what I am going through right now. But those that do are very supportive. I hope you have the same-lean on them. We are taking back our lives. Let's enjoy this crazy ride!!!
