Surgery yesterday

Got sleeve yesterday. I'm home today. Got a drain tube. In a good bit of pain. What was your walking to sitting ratio. I feel like I need rest. I walked a lot in the hospital.

Welcome to the other side!

You need rest in the beginning but walk if gas attacks you!!!

You will feel horrible for 2 days and then start feeling better after that - get some tissue to handle the crying... I thought I would never stop.

If you can stand it, walk for 10 minutes every hour.

Sleeping/ sitting 90% walking 10% for the first 4 days PO.
