For the sake of clarity: do you mean having your RNY performed again to make the stomach smaller again? Presuming you are wondering on the basis of stretching?

So, let me see if I understand your question?

You feel you may have gained a few pounds so you want to have more surgery?

First, you either have or haven't gained weight. What does the scale say? What does your doctor say? Are you still in a healthy range?

Second, are you following your food plan? What does your NUT advise?

I have heard that there is some sort of "revision" but I don't know what that is and would use that as a last resort.

As others were saying, are you still following the plan? Are you still exercising and following all the basic rules? Getting enough Water in? Not drinking with your meals, etc.?

Are you keeping a food journal? This is key!!!! It's magic!

And then, the next thing is to try the 5 day pouch test. This is supposed to help you "reset."

Try all these things before you think about surgery again, especially if it is just a possibility that you gained a few pounds.

Yeah, maybe stapling my mouth shut.

I have a tool, the VSG. I control the destiny of how much I eat and the choices. Lately, I have been making some bad ones.

I plan on getting back to basics, that will work much better than re-stapling a stomach since you can defeat weight loss with an even smaller stomach if you don't.

We can do it!
