Leg cramps?

Hi I'm 5 days after surgery. Just wondering anyone else gets sudden leg cramps or calf cramps ? I called the dr and she told me drink lots more water and I'm trying.

It is all about dehydration. Sip sip sip.

For he what worked easiest was literally holding my cup in my hand and sipping about once every minute. Until I started doing that I could not get enough fluids in me.

Also do you or can you take potassium tablets? Your probably dehydrated and low on potassium. That is a horrible feeling. I hope you feel better soon
