yummy pasta alternative

HI everyone!

I wanted to share these alternatives to Pasta that I found.

"Miracle Noodle - spinach" made with shirataki that is gluten free, soy free, made in the USA and 3 oz serving is 15 calories.

Only 1 g of Protein but 0 sugars and sodium.

"Miracle Noodle - ziti" made with shirataki that is gluten free, soy free, cholesterol free, and vegan.

3 oz serving is 5 calories but 0 g of protein, sugars and sodium.

Every little bit helps right???

I've tried them. I have some in the fridge right now. I put the "rice" or "small pasta" in broth. They really have no flavor of their own and will pick up the taste of whatever you put on them. They are a nice tool to use. Just remember to rinse, rinse, rinse them before using them as they have an "odd" odor to them--not a bad one, just odd.

I heard they smell 'fishy'. Is that true?
