If you're a woman you know where I'm coming from(that time) any advice on how to make better choices when you are craving sweet junk food???

Honestly? The best way I found is just avoiding it.

Sweet, sugary processed food causes cravings for more sweet, sugary processed food. Everytime I indulge, I regret it because I want more. I usually have to wean myself off of it so the cravings go away.

If I'm craving chocolate or something sweet, I'll usually do a sugar free pudding or or have some fruit. Sometimes I'll even make a cup of hot chocolate using real cocoa and milk, vanilla, and artificial sweetener. Yum! Takes away my chocolate craving too!
