I have health Alliance connect and was wondering what they requirements are? Do you have to work out 6 months or lose a certain amount? I'm curious to know because I am soooo ready to have my life back and wanna get things moving!

Google "nameofhealthplan State medical policy bariatric surgery" and you should be able to find the requirements for your plan in your state. Medicaid plans typically do require a 6-month supervised diet and exercise plan but without seeing your plan info I can't say for sure.
