So I got sleeved yesterday and can't wait to start seeing result but all at the same time am I doing to well? I just left the hospital today and I'm able to get down my 4 to 6oz of Water a hour just the next day and I'm always hearing everyone else say things like I could only get a few teaspoons down and everything got me worried like did they take out enough is this really gone work for me? Super excited to finally get a date of sept 6th... I was a lil disappointed because I thought it would be sooner that I've been done since June 16th!!! But it's okay because I got a date and I'm thankful!!! But I start my 2week pre op diet August 23rd and see the surgeon August 25th I'm nervous but super excited that my pre op journey is coming to an end... I'm having my appointment tomorrow and super excited and ready to find out what I have 2 do to get closer to my new beginning and start on my lifestyle changes.... I've been struggling after having my two beautiful kids! And ready for a change.... I've tried everything and no luck after researching everything I think this will be perfect for me.

I have health Alliance connect and was wondering what they requirements are? Do you have to work out 6 months or lose a certain amount? I'm curious to know because I am soooo ready to have my life back and wanna get things moving!
