Getting in Fluids....

Sometimes I feel like I am drinking more then I should because I take a couple of small sips at a time. How do you know when you are drinking to much or not enough! I just don't want to stretch my stomach just by drinking to much.

Measure everything. I believe your protein shakes and soup count toward your total intake of liquids per day. Figure out how much of those youo have each day and measure your water for the remainder of the day. Once you include the shakes and soups, you really don't have a whole lot of water to drink to reach your 64 oz. goal..
