What are you eating in terms of calories, carbs and protein daily?

You've lost 50#. Depending on your intake, you may actually not be eating enough for your needs, which can slow down your losses. I agree, let us know what your protein/fat/carb intake is. Are you logging your food? Measuring?

I had the same issue. I was stuck at 218 for 2 months. My doctor drilled me about eating more and I upped my protein . Today I hit 198 ( less than a month later) . I try to drink at least 50 G protein in a shake / smoothie a day, so that I can eat the rest of my requirements successfully.
