It's easy to be sad and frustrated...we all want our excess weight off and we want it to happen fast. Our bodies take the time it needs to do just that. Yes, it is very common to stall...just keep getting in your Protein, Water and Vitamins...if you follow the plan, it will come off. You will hit stalls, throughout the entire process. Chin up, all is good :)

This is completely normal. 99% of sleeve patients go through this exact same thing. Don't stress about it. Stick to your program, get your protein in, get your water in, take your vitamins, and move around as much as possible and you WILL lose weight. I promise!

I needed the good laugh this caused..haha.

I am experiencing my first "stall" of a week, period related I'm hoping. I'm trying to be calm and not think about it.

@@janira - Am I understanding your post correctly that your period has lasted for 12 days? Is that normal for you? Have you talked to your ob/gyn?

Thanks for the replies everyone. I will go to the doctor on Monday and talk about my period. It has never been that long and maybe this has something to do with the stall??? I will see on Monday after I talk to the doc and see what he says...

And yes, I guess stalls are normal and I just have to get over it :/
