My high weight was 565 and thanks to the sleeve I am getting ready to dip below 400 pounds for the first time in years!

  • 515 highest, 480 sleeve day, 350 this morning. that's half people! 69 bmi to 47. i'm averaging about 25 lbs lost per month.

  • I started at 415 - went on pre-op diet on 10/13/15 and had surgery on 11/3/15. So far, I have lost 72 lbs.

My starting weight was 425 pounds. I started my preop diet on 12/26/2015 and was sleeved on 01/05/2016. I have lost around 40 pounds, currently at 385 pounds.

I started at 518 lbs, lost 46 pounds during my 4-week pre-op diet, and am now down to 406 lbs. One of the best decisions that I have made!

I started at 502. Day of surgery I was 448 on 12/15/15. Today I'm 406.

I was 470 at my highest, and 440 day of surgery. I have my one week post op appointment tomorrow so I'll update with any loss since surgery.

As a side note, I'm convinced that 30lbs pre-op weight loss is wrong. I must not have been on the scale properly. I only did the Keto/Atkins diet for 2 weeks and a 3 day liquid diet. Most people on a 2 WEEK liquid diet barely lose that much! I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow. ????

You all are so amazing! Wow!! ????
