I had my surgery on 01/05/2016. I am 41 years old and have been battling weight problems most of my adult life. I am looking forward to this new journey.

I am doing good Scottyg143. How are you? I do have a question... Do you still have gas pains from the surgery?

I have just a few not bad. I am having trouble with getting all my fluids in yet . I'm at like 40 oz and about 30 grams of protein

I just don't like the heartburn feeling I get if I drink to much . My mouth is Cakey nasty and breath is bad. But I am losing weight . When I got home I weighed more than when I went in . But today I'm down 20 pounds from the date of surgery

I haven't weighed yet. I had a hitial hernia repair done when they sleeved me.

I'm struggling with my proteins and fluids. I know I will get there it's just hard.

You keep doing everything they say. Tomorow will be day 7 and we will feel better. I like this app . Nice to be able to talk to someone that had same thing done
