Bad Breath

Today my sister pulled me aside today and mentioned since I started this journey my breath has gotten really bad. She said the only time it seemed to get better when I stopped drinking the Protein shakes for a week. I'm am happy she shared so now I am carrying mints. I had suspected and brushed my teeth a lot but alas now I know for sure. @@Dub wish I had the dog to blame it on.

It's all good.

If it's the keto-breath monster then that means you are moving the scale righteously......which you clearly are.

Looking at your progress all it easy to see that you are winning the battle really well. Off to an impressive start.

This much momentum is most likely fueled by ketosis. Roll with it and tote a container of mints in your pocket.

You are kicking ass !!!!
