Mornings I sometimes just have coffee with vanilla protein powder, or 1-2 eggs, or Greek yogurt with protein powder. For lunch I try to take left overs from last nights dinner which is mostly chicken or fish and veggies. I may have thinly sliced turkey and cheese, rolled together. Snacks may be yogurt, cheese, sugar free Popsicles. I admit I am pretty boring and not creative.

There is a great book Your Complete Guide to Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery written by and Australian Nutritionist Sally Johnston. Her web site is www.nfwls.com. The book is broken into parts for surgery types, preparing for surgery, recovering for surgery, living with WLS and more. The recipes are excellent and easy to follow. It's not cheap but it so worth it because it helps you with a lifetime journey of best practice eating after WLS. Hope you can get it. Eve from Adelaide, South Australia
