First mini goal!

Officially lost 20lbs now which puts me under 300 for the first time in a long time! I know I still have a long way to go, but it's really encouraging. It's amazing what a difference 20lbs can make in energy levels and stamina. 2016 is off to a great start!

Thanks Djmohr! It feels so good. I even lifted today ????. I mean, they were only 2lb weights but I'm counting it!

Two week post op visit went great! I was cleared to advance to soft/mushy foods, and I'm super glad to say that there were no issues. That's definitely something I've been stressing out about. Loving life in 2016!

LPNAshley,

Way to go! I'm due for my surgery in the next couple of days and I am looking forward to hitting mini goals myself!

Rock on,

Louie

Congratulations! I know how exciting it is to finally see the scale move down (and stay down) instead of always moving in the other direction. There is more to come!
