Stall, I am embracing....continuing to embrace

Still embracing....3 weeks later!! How is it possible that you can weigh exactly the same, I mean down to the decimal for 3 weeks in a row. I only weigh once a week and I'm trying not to fret. But if I get on the scale next week and it's exactly the same, I'm going to start to wonder! Maybe the new year will break the cycle!!

My longest stall was 7 weeks. Almost two months. When I increased my exercise and tightened up my diet it kick started weight loss again. Just be patient, follow the rules and it will resume!

Inner surfer girl, I definitely should do measurements. Haven't taken them since 1 week post op, I am now 3 months post op! Thanks for the reminder. I definitely feel better and have been losing consistently. This is my first stall. Its just hard when you eat right, follow the plan and don't see the scale move! But the scale is not everything!! Learning so much as I go!
