    Mine said around 45 mins...I carry most of my weight around hips , thighs and I have a huge backside! So being a little smaller in the torso area, the Dr said it shouldn't take as long......hopefully!

    My surgery was about 70 minutes.

    My moms took 6 hours but that was in 2002 she was also opened she successfuly kept the weight of for 13 years eating whatever she wanted only it was acouple bites and she would say save this and then 3 days later she would want it and by then someone had already eaten it and then she would freak out.... Lol it was crazy she got reall sick and went down to 90lbs in 2015 and some how has put back on most of the weight its sad i feel bad for her
