Feeling Hungry

I know a lot of people confuse hunger for acid reflux, but I think this is the genuine thing. I take prilosec twice a day. The hunger doesn't feel exactly the same as before, it's not as uncomfortable as hunger pains used to be, or as often. My tummy doesn't really rumble either. It kinda feels like it's about to, then it doesn't. Eating makes it go away.

I'm only a month out and I'm kinda disappointed that I do feel hungry. I thought this wasn't supposed to hit me for about a year! If I'm one of the unlucky few that does feel hunger already, how can I expect my experience of the sleeve to change after the year? Will I get more hungry, or does it stay about the same?

My Dr. Change my medication until we found the right one that worked for me. I'm on a very high dose little 80 mg. of nexium and it really works for me. Now I must remind myself to eat and drink every day. Well at the beginning just felt my surgery didn't work like everyone else's sleeve, but that has changed after finding the right medication and dosage. Good luck
