Almost a month out

Hi all!

I am just about a month out and doing great! I have a few concerns. One is that I go on the scale alot and start to get upset when I see for example a .6 weight gain. Today for some reason I have been so hungry! Usually im fine not hungry at all but for some reason today I just want to eat. Can anyone else relate?!

I hate the scale, I only weigh once a week! The scale seems to be my enemy

Well, I went up 2.5 lbs but I've read that's normal. I actually believe that 2.5 is bcuz I was constipated for 4 days while out if town. But, in any case, from what I've read, it's normal to stop losing for a lil bit and even to gain a few lbs. I'm trying to keep with Everything bcuz everything in our program is for a reason.

I try to only weigh myself once per week or else I may go crazy with fluctuations. Try not to go crazy with such small changes, it can simply be additional water weigh your currently holding. Keep in mind a 64oz of water weighs a slightly over 4lbs.
