Over the last couple of days my emotions have been extreme. Extremely depressed, crying and feeling overwhelmed. I think it's just life. A lot is going on, I'm going back to work on 12/06, I work in a very stressful environment. Plus only two people at work with know I hard the surgery. Which is going to be it's own struggle.
Still struggling with this new way of eating. I'm struggling with getting enough water and protein. I don't feel like I'm losing enough weight. My sleeping schedule is backwards. I'm awake at night and sleep during the day. Once I'm a sleep, it's all I want to do. And this isn't even all of it.
I'm just overwhelmed.
I'm wondering how some of you dealt with this kind of stress?
