Hi, I'm in Philly. What surgery are you having?

Another Philly gal here. I had surgery at HUP as well. Have you picked a program yet?

I am having the sleeve and i am excited and nervous at the same time...im going to go with hahneman but i think i may swith to university as well

@@Ms. Babyboo - LOVE The hospital and the program. I had Noel Williams as my surgeon. Everything went smoothly, no pain post-op, no complications. I had a private room. Staff was friendly and attentive. I adore Sam the nutritionist. I still go to the support groups from time to time.

Oh yeah that sound wonderful...hahneman isn't really supportive or informational the staff is arrogant and i was very uncomfortable....would u mind being my new sleeve buddy

I'm in NJ, but doing everything through the Penn program. My surgeon works out on Penn Hospital rather than HUP so that's the only difference. I went to my first support group last night and everyone raved about the staff and the program. I hope you can switch because this process is hard enough with a great bariatric team and support system. The last thing you need is staff members making you uncomfortable this early in the process.
