Happy to find this forum

Hi everyone,

I am so excited to find this forum. I am on day 7 of my new band. I am actually feeling pretty good. I think I expected it to be a lot worse. I am currently on the broth, Jello, liquid diet. At first it was not too bad because I really did not have much of an appetite. Now that I am feeling great I am starting to get more hungry. I would be grateful for any suggestions on how to make the hunger pains subside. :hungry:

Thanks!

Hi Jen, you can have anything that fits through a straw. I would try creamy soups if I were you. They really helped me through that rough patch. Good luck.
