Has anyone lost 200+?

Hey all

I was sleeved in Mexico tuesdsy no pain much just realllly out of breath

I have a goal l163 which is 200 pounds for me when i went lots of people lost some and gained all back and revising to gastric by pass so wanting to know if anyone is like me and achieved 200lbs¿

Yes, lot of people have. I have not got there yet but hope to lose close to 200 lbs myself.

I was sleeved January 2012 and have maintained a 170 pound loss for almost 3 years. It's all in how you follow the instructions that your nut and surgeon provide and how well you use your tool. You can do this.
