3 month surgiversary

Well today my sleeve is 3 months old, lol, 8/3, and I am down 46lbs with preop and 32 lbs since surgery. I know it is good and I feel a difference, but thought I would be maybe 10lbs more ahead. I have complained before how slow the weight is coming off, but grateful for my sleeve. I remember before the surgery and being so nervous and where has 3 months gone. I just hope the scale keeps going down. I train now 3 days a week with trainer, ride my bike outside, walk in pool 3-4 days a week, bad knees and will hopefully soon have total knee replacement to get out of this pain. Hope everyone is doing well. Love reading this forum and keeping up with everyone.

My 3 months will be 8/17.

I didn't do a pre-op and have lost 43 pounds since surgery.

My goal was 50 pounds by Christmas and I will have no problem passing that.

It feels so great and I haven't had any issues at all.

Still can't believe I actually did it!
