Pressure/tightness under ribs

I'm 5 mos out and have noticed for a few months that when I sit for long periods of time, or even laying down or standing or driving, that I feel a pressure/tightness under both ribs. It's not painful. Does anyone feel this too? Is it a muscle thing?
