How do I find a NUT near me?

My surgeon has no nutritionist and I really need some help. I have googled but can't seem to find one. Any suggestions?

Try asking your surgeon or PCP for a referral. If your surgeon doesn't have one on staff they should have someone who works with other patients.

@@Inner Surfer Girl What is a PCP? My surgeon's only recommendations is an hour and a half away (not a lot of support there).

Edited by Linaka

Your PCP is your Primary Care Physician (your regular doctor).

My NUT is about an hour away from me (she is at my surgeon's office), so I just see her when I have appointments with him. Otherwise, we have phone meetings and she is also reachable via email.
