2 months feel great

It's been 2 months and I'm down 43 lbs. I have some stall here and there but overall I think I'm doing good. Sometimes I can eat more than other but I do my best and never eat. Any tips on helping the weight drop more quickly.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You are doing fantastic.

The reality is your weight will come off in its own time, you just need to follow the plan. You will soon realize that those that lose fast in the beginning slow way down and those that started slow remain steady. Everyone seems to catch up with everyone else.

If you mess around too much with your food plan you can make it worse and the stalls will resolve in their own time.

Take it from someone who's has stalled many many times along the way.

Slow and steady wins the race. You did not put this weight on in a couple months so please don't expect to take it off in a couple months.

You are doing fantastic!
