Whey Protein

In my struggle to find Protein supplements, I ran across a liquid concentrate that packs a whopping 43g of protein. Has anyone used the New whey Liquid Shots? I asked my physician today if it was okay to use and he said that it was. Just wondering if anyone else has used it and if you had to dilute it?

Thanks!

I used them the week I was on Clear liquids. I mixed half a tube with a glass of ice Water. (I switched to Syntrax Nectars as soon as i progressed to full liquids.) There is some controversy over whether you absorb the Protein blend as efficiently as pure whey protein, but I healed very fast and had no problem at all with them. They are very convenient and a good way to get in protein in the beginning.

The bottles of Isopure are also good on the clear liquid phase, and come highly recommended. Those are also better diluted a little and over ice.
