Sleeve revision

I have the band and I'm getting ready to have a revision to the sleeve due to issues with the band. My insurance won't cover anything bariatric related so I'm looking at going to Mexico. Anyone recommend a good surgeon or have good advice for me? Thanks.

I went to Dr. Alvarez for my band removal and for my Sleeve. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. I chose him because of his reputation, and because I personally know 5 people he has done the surgery on... he was highly recommended to me.

Location is a factor for some people, are you looking at any specific area of Mexico? I am in Texas, so it was just a 4 hour drive for me, but that can also play a role in what surgeons are a better option.
