Dog food perspective

  • Popular Post

I stopped to get dog food today. The two bags weighed 56 pounds. I had to make two trips into the house to carry them. Not too long ago, I was carrying almost that much extra weight around, all day, everyday. So, when I get on the scale and am bummed because it stayed the same for a while, I will try to remember the dog food perspective and be happy for the success!

Awesome - 48lb is very cool. I will bet that you feel that you move better and more comfortably as well. I agree it's good to recognize and Celebrate success - keep up the good work!

That's a good perspective to keep.

I've lost over 95 pounds. There's no way I could pick up 95 pounds right now.

It's no wonder I didn't move much pre-op. I couldn't!

We really do forget how far we've come.

Great visual to keep weight loss in perspective. I own a cake company - and with every lb. I lose, it's equivalent to 4 sticks of butter. I'm down 10+ lbs (still pre-surgery) - so 40 sticks of butter are GONE. Crazy when you put it like that!!
