I recently got my surgery date of Dec. 8, 2015! I am very excited but also really nervous. Decided to join this forum for support. Any advice or tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

been scientifically proven December 8th, 2015 is the best day to be sleeved

many of us have experienced emotions, reactions to surgery

most of have been there, done that

your feelings might change day to day

or hour to hour!!

ask us any/all the questions you can think of

we will give you comments, answer, suggestions, personal experience too

you will probably see questions on "Recent Topics" and "Trending Topics"

that have similar questions to yours

end of the day only listen to your doc/NUT (nutritionist) or me of course
